Overview
What is In-Building Solution (IBS)?
Concrete walls, energy-efficient glass, basements and lift shafts all weaken mobile signals coming from outdoor towers. In large or multi-storey buildings, this often leaves floors, parking levels and inner rooms with poor or no coverage.
An In-Building Solution (IBS) solves this by placing network infrastructure inside the building itself, so the mobile network is delivered floor by floor rather than pushed through the walls from outside.
JP Space Infrastructure establishes and maintains in-building infrastructure for licensed telecom service providers, working with building owners and operators on mutually agreed terms.
What it provides

Our role
Infrastructure, provided the right way
As a DoT-registered Infrastructure Provider Category-I, we provide the infrastructure. Licensed telecom service providers install and operate their own network equipment and services on it.
- Establishing the site or in-building infrastructure
- Maintaining the infrastructure for the duration of the agreement
- Offering it on lease, rent or sale basis on mutually agreed terms
- Providing it to licensed telecom service providers in a non-discriminatory manner
